Christopher D'Angelo, 58
MOORHEAD (KFGO/KVRR) — A Moorhead man has made his initial court appearance for third degree criminal sexual conduct. Christopher D’Angelo, 58, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl at his home in Moorhead last November.
Court records say he met the girl outside of a liquor store in downtown Fargo and she asked if she could stay with him. The victim says they went to D’Angelo’s home where she stayed overnight and they had sex three separate times.
The sexual assault was reported to Fargo Police days later. D’Angelo told detectives he knew the girl but said the sex was consensual.
