Zachary Nash (Otter Tail County Jail)
FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KFGO KBRF) – A Perham man has been sentenced to four months in jail for possessing child pornography.
Zachary Nash, 42, will serve the sentence in the Otter Tail County Jail. Nash will be on five years of probation after he’s released. He pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing child porn in December, 2025.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received multiple tips from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force on December 15, 2022 that said Nash’s computer contained multiple files of child porn. During the execution of a search warrant in May 2023, investigators found 17 files of child porn on various devices.
