County Road 22 crossing over the stormwater diversion channel southwest of Harwood, ND
FARGO (KFGO) – A crossing over the stormwater diversion channel, part of the FM Area Diversion Project, was scheduled to reopen late on Friday but has been delayed.
Red River Valley Alliance says crews are working to complete the County Road 22 crossing southwest of Harwood. To open this bridge to traffic, a single lane closure is needed to tie in the existing road to the new crossing and remove the bypass lanes.
Upon completion, the County Road 22 crossing will open to traffic.
Construction on the County Road 22 bridge began in March 2024. It is the 15th of 19 crossings over the channel to open.
