Isadora Wengel's father addresses crowd during search
FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – A group gathered at Dike East in Fargo Sunday to search for Isadora Wengel, the West Fargo woman who is believed to have been killed by her boyfriend last month.
The group of searchers included Wengel’s father who introduced himself to the crowd and expressed his gratitude for their support.
Wengel was last seen alive on New Year’s Eve. She was reported missing on January 7. Since then, Fargo Police and other law enforcement agencies have searched the apartment of 21-year-old Joshua Hite, the Fargo Landfill, and areas of Otter Tail County, Minnesota. People in the Fergus Falls, Battle Lake, Underwood and Elizabeth areas have been asked to check their property for any sign of a black tote with a red cover which may contain clues to the murder.
Hite has been charged with Wengel’s murder.
