ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud police have identified the victim and suspect in a domestic-related fatal stabbing early Monday morning.
Quinton Hughes, 25, of Sauk Rapids was found dead with a stab wound inside an apartment. Police arrested 23-year-old Katerina Markiv of St. Cloud at the scene.
Hughes and Markiv were in a relationship. Markiv is in the Stearns County Jail.
