A South Dakota man has been charged with First and Second Degree Murder in the death of a woman Saturday morning in Howard, South Dakota. Elias Stubbe, 46, was arrested for the death of Nichole Malfero, 56.
The Attorney Generals Office says the incident was reported at a home around 2:50 am Saturday. Malfero was pronounced dead at the scene, an autopsy is scheduled Monday.
Stubbe is currently being held in the Davidson County Jail in Mitchell, South Dakota.
