COMSTOCK, Minn. (KFGO) – The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a dog in Comstock.
The owners of Pumba, saw it happen and say the dog was intentionally run over at a high rate of speed. Sheriff Mark Empting says around 7 a.m. Friday, witnesses saw a dark-colored vehicle speeding through town and striking the dog near a curb before leaving.
