FARGO (KVRR/KFGO) — Horace Mann Elementary School’s administration is inviting the community to bid farewell to the long-time school. You can take a self-guided tour Wednesday, Nov. 26 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The school is scheduled for demolition following the end of the school year.
If this next week doesn’t work, there are additional chances to see the school before it’s torn down. Monday, Dec. 29: 5-8 p.m., Saturday, April 11: noon-4 p.m. and Wednesday, May 13: 5:30-8 p.m.
A new elementary school will be built at the current Horace Mann Elementary School site combining Horace Mann–Roosevelt and Madison Elementary School students.
