Driver’s licensing office employee arrested on solicitation, child porn charges

ABERDEEN, S.D. (KFGO) – An Aberdeen man has been arrested on felony charges of solicitation of rape, having child pornography and unlawful use of a computer system.

Attorney General MartyJackley says the arrest of Mark Rathbun, 66, is connected to his work at the state driver licensing office in Aderdeen.

Jackley says he expects other victims to be identified and the filing of additional charges against Rathbun in other counties.
