MADDOCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A teenage driver is hospitalized in Bismarck after an SUV-semi crash near Maddock in northeastern North Dakota.
The state patrol says the juvenile was pulling out of a driveway on State Highway 19 when they failed to yield. The SUV was struck by the semi, that was headed east. Both vehicles went into the ditch. The SUV driver has serious injuries. The truck driver, from Belvidere, South Dakota, was not hurt.
First responders included Maddock Fire and Rescue and the Maddock and Harvey Ambulance Services.
The collision was reported shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday.
