PARK RAPIDS, Minn. (KFGO) – A Park Rapids couple is in jail after a stabbing early Saturday morning near Park Rapids.
Hubbard County deputies responded to a call of a man and his 5-year-old daughter screaming for help outside a trailer home.
Deputies say David Kerr, 49, had been stabbed 8 to 10 times by 44-year-old Charles Justus. He told investigators he believed Kerr had an affair with his wife, 50-year-old Danielle Westphal. She admitted to helping her husband dispose of his bloody clothing.
Kerr was airlifted to a Fargo hospital. His condition has not been released.
