FARGO (KFGO) – A semi trailer tipped on its side slowed rush hour traffic in Fargo Thursday morning.
It happened after 7:30 a.m. on southbound I-29 south of main avenue. The tipped trailer blocked two of the three interstate lanes, and backed up traffic past 12th Avenue N. for about a half-hour.
The Highway Patrol and tow trucks responded and cleared the scene.
