
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) — A Grand Forks man who was wanted on two active warrants was found hiding in a friend’s basement.
Grand Forks Police spotted Jeremy Suedel, 42, walking downtown Thursday afternoon and he ran. A K9 unit was deployed to assist in the search.
Officers soon learned that Suedel ran to a friend’s home in the 1100 Block of 5th Avenue N. The homeowner consented to a search and Suedel was found in the basement and arrested.
Suedel was taken to Grand Forks County Correctional Center for outstanding warrants.
On Monday, an arrest warrant was issued for violating bond in a case involving meth and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
