PELICAN LAKE, Minn. (KFGO) — A Moorhead man died after suffering a medical emergency on Pelican Lake Saturday.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says it happened just before 4 p.m. The 61-year-old man was pulling an anchor from a boat when he went into the water unresponsive.
He was pulled from the water and CPR was performed before being taken to Essentia Hospital in Detroit Lakes. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
