CHASKA, Minn. – A lobbyist from Woodbury is in jail for allegedly threatening violence toward a Minnesota lawmaker.
Republican Rep. Jim Nash of Waconia claims Jonathan Bohn sent a threatening text to his personal phone. Bohn is in the Carver County jail.
The alleged threat came days after the politically motivated shootings that killed former House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, and seriously injured Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette.
Yvette Hoffman was released from a hospital on Thursday.
