ROCHESTER, Minn. – A former Rochester daycare worker has been found guilty of attacking a young child with a pizza cutter.
An Olmsted County jury convicted Andrianna Newburn on multiple charges, including multiple counts of assault, child torture, and terroristic threats.
Prosecutors say Newburn and another woman got into a fight last June at a childcare center. During the fight, Newburn slashed the other woman’s child with a pizza cutter, cutting the toddler’s leg and face.
The facial injury required surgical repair.
