FARGO (KFGO) – The Highway Patrol says three men driving motorcycles were cited for fleeing and on other charges during a multi-agency enforcement detail in Fargo on Friday night. An aircraft and Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) technology helped locate reckless drivers who had fled law enforcement.
A 24-year-old man from Milnor, North Dakota was cited for driving without liability insurance and not having a motorcycle endorsement.
A 22-year-old Texas man was arrested for felony reckless endangerment and fleeing, cited for not displaying a license plate, no registration, no motorcycle endorsement, driving under suspension, possession of THC and going 125 mph in a 55 mph zone.
A third man, a 20-year-old from Fargo, was cited for fleeing, no registration, no insurance, THC possession and driving without a proper class license.
During the event, eleven other traffic stops were made and two drivers were arrested for DUI.
Troopers also issued seven warnings and nine citations.
