MINNEAPOLIS (KFGO) – Minneapolis Police say a shooting earlier this month is now being investigated as a homicide after a man died at Hennepin Healthcare Thursday.
Chief Brian O’Hara says the man was found slumped over in a car with at least one life-threatening gunshot wound on April 18. First responders were able to regain a heartbeat and the man was taken to the hospital.
O’Hara says after the man was shot, he drove two blocks before crashing into another vehicle. The people in the other car were not hurt.
There have been no arrests.
