FARGO (KFGO) – A 31-year-old Fargo man suffered serious injuries in a single vehicle crash in south Fargo early Thursday morning.
Fargo Police say around 2:30 a.m., Tyler Benjamin was driving in the 2600 block of 40th Avenue S. when he lost control of his car and crashed into a tree. The car sustained significant damage.
Benjamin was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police Lt. Shane Aberle says Benjamin was cited for reckless driving and DUI.
The Highway Patrol is assisting Fargo Police with reconstruction of the crash.
