FARGO (KFGO) – A 33-year-old man is in the Cass County jail after barricading himself in a south Fargo apartment with two children Tuesday night.
Fargo Police say officers were called to the 2600 block of 14th Street S. on a report of a domestic disturbance. A woman says the man threatened her before she left the building.
Red River Valley SWAT was called and around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, Santiago Rosendez was taken into custody.
Rosendez is being held for terrorizing.
