RAMSEY, Minn. – Anoka County authorities are still investigating the deaths of a woman and a man inside a home in Ramsey on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say a man approached a neighbor while armed with a gun before returning to his house. Law enforcement issued a shelter-in-place order and attempted to contact the homeowners.
After gaining entry, they discovered the bodies of the woman and the man.
Their identities have not been released.
