Rep. Jim Kasper (R-Fargo)
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO PRAIRIE PUBLIC BROADCASTING) – State Representative Jim Kasper of Fargo is hospitalized in Bismarck for what’s described as a “brain bleed.”
It happened Wednesday morning. He’s expected to remain in the hospital for a number of days.
The chaplain of the day prayed for him on the House floor. Kasper’s conference committee assignments have been given to other Republican members.
Kasper was first elected to the legislature in 2001.
