EDINA, Minn. – A large police presence was seen at Health Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.
Officers arrived Tuesday afternoon when witnesses saw someone walk into the hospital with what they believe was a firearm. Edina police say that there was some kind of domestic assault or dispute that took place inside one of the hospital rooms involving people who knew each other.
The suspect was taken into custody, no injuries were reported, and a gun was recovered.
