Timothy Lowseth (Cass Co. Jail)
HORACE, N.D. (KFGO) – A West Fargo man was arrested early Monday morning after a report of a burglary in progress in the 9700 block of Industrial Drive in Horace.
Cass County deputies responded after the business owner received an alert from the building’s security system at about 3 a.m. Deputies established a perimeter with the assistance of a West Fargo police K9 unit.
Timothy B. Lowseth, 38, was arrested on multiple misdemeanor and felony theft and burglary charges along with DUI, DUI test refusal and outstanding warrants in Cass and Clay counties.
The sheriff’s office is working with other law enforcement agencies to determine whether Lowseth can be linked to other crimes in the region.
