FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man is facing domestic violence charges after allegedly firing a handgun during an argument with his boyfriend.
A Fargo Police report says 33-year-old Larry Smith-Redman and his boyfriend got into an argument while moving furniture around 2 a.m. Sunday. During the argument, police say Smith-Redman pointed a gun at his boyfriend. The two started wrestling, and the gun went off. The victim told police Smith-Redman then started biting his face and hand. The victim was able to escape and leave the home.
Police found one bullet entry hole in the microwave and one spent casing.
Smith-Redman was arrested, and is charged with terrorizing, domestic violence, and reckless endangerment.
