TWIN VALLEY, Minn. (KFGO) – An off-duty Norman County Deputy was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle while checking on a dog that had just been hit by a different vehicle.
The Norman County Sheriff’s Office says the dog was hit by a car just before 11 p.m. Thursday along County Highway 29, about 9 miles east of Twin Valley.
