VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KFGO) – The North Dakota BCI, working with Valley City Police, arrested a Valley City man for possension of child sex abuse materials.
Police received a cybertip from an electronic service provider, which found potentially questionable content on its servers. The investigation determined that the man had child sexual abuse material, including some computer-generated images. 49-year-old Mitchell Kohler has been charged with five counts of possession of certain materials prohibited.
During an interview, police say Kohler said he digitally altered images to resemble minors.
