FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man has been sentenced eight years in federal prison for robbing a gas station last year.
34-year-old Lucas Tavares held a knife to an employee’s neck at Loaf ‘N Jug near NDSU last March. He fled the scene but was arrested the same day.
Tavares was indicted by a federal grand jury for Hobbs Act Robbery and pleaded guilty to the charge in January.
