FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) — Formal charges have been filed against the Fargo man seen in a video keying a Tesla Cybertruck parked at Costco in West Fargo over the weekend.
Ryan Williams, 25, is charged with one felony count of criminal mischief with damage between $2,000 and $10,000.
Mitch Benson owns the Cybertruck and posted the video his vehicle took of the incident to social media.
Investigators used cameras from the Cybertruck and nearby businesses to identify Williams who admitted to the vandalism.
