Last week at the Annual Meat Conference , the National Pork Board connected with key stakeholders in retail, packing and processing to discuss key trends shaping the future of the protein industry. As the premier event for retail meat professionals, AMC provides a valuable platform for networking, learning and exploring the latest innovations.
Conference attendees continue to show interest in the art of meat cutting. To support this demand, NPB sponsored the pork carcass fabrication session. This interactive session not only showcased where and how each cut comes from the carcass but also highlighted mealtime inspiration to meet diverse consumer preferences.
NPB also highlighted the new consumer campaign, Taste What Pork Can Doโข, launching in May.
AMC continues to be a key opportunity for NPB to engage with existing and developing retailer partners, reinforcing porkโs value in the evolving meat case, and thanking our industry allies for all they do to promote pork.
