BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. (KFGO) – There’s $1 million Minnesota Lottery scratch-off winner in western Minnesota.
The state lottery says someone playing Casino Millions won the top prize of $1 million in Thursday’s drawing. The ticket was sold at Blazer Express in Breckenridge.
The money is paid as a 20-year annuity of $50,000 a year or winners may decide to take a one-time cash payment.
The prize must be redeemed at lottery headquarters in Roseville.
