GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) — U.S. Border Patrol Grand Forks Sector has taken a Kuwaiti national who had overstayed his visa and falsely claimed to be a U.S. citizen into custody.
The man was apprehended by Warroad Station Agents in collaboration with Lake of the Woods County Sheriff’s Office. The vehicle he was operating was seized.
The Border Patrol says the man will be prosecuted.
