NEW BRIGHTON, Minn. – A Minneapolis woman has been charged with drug possession and driving under the influence after allegedly crashing a U.S. Postal Service truck while on methamphetamine.
36-year-old Katie Partridge was charged Monday. New Brighton Police responded to the crash around 11 a.m. Friday. Police say a USPS truck hit car. A post office manager told police Partridge was the driver and that she should be checked for drug use.
Partridge was arrested and a gram of white powdery substance found in her lunchbox tested positive for meth.
