
LANGDON, N.D. (KFGO) โ A Langdon, North Dakota man is facing felony charges for allegedly threatening to shoot a county road grader driver in the face.
A report from the Cavalier County Sheriffโs Office says the employee and a friend were sitting at the bar at the Eagles Club in Langdon on March 12. The employee told his friend he was going to begin the process of reclaiming roads, which is which is pulling gravel from the ditch back onto the road.
The report says 55-year-old Kirk Feil overheard this conversation, and told the employee not to reclaim the roads near his farm, or he would shoot him โright between the eyes.โ
Feil was charged with threatening a public servant Wednesday. He faces up to two years in prison if convicted.
