FARGO (KFGO) โ A Fargo man who pleaded guilty to charges related to a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured two people in south Fargo will spend two years in prison.
Last June, witnesses told officers they saw a car going up to 90 miles per hour on 36th Street south of 32nd Avenue S. before it crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into another vehicle.
Officers arrested Nicholas Tschosik at a hospital where he was being treated for an eye injury. He denied driving the car and refused sobriety and chemical tests.
Tschosik, who pleaded guilty to a 2023 reckless driving charge and separate 2024 DUI charge, was sentenced for DUI, duty to an accident involving serious injury, and reckless endangerment.
