GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – The University of North Dakota Police Department has identified the owner of a pickup involved in a hit-and-run.
UND Police were looking for the owner after the pickup struck an elementary-age child near 39th Street and 6th Avenue N. in Grand Forks.
The Department says the investigation is still active and ongoing and anyone who witnessed the crash should contact UND Police.
