SEOUL (Reuters) โ South Koreaโs largest defence firm Hanwha Aerospace Co Ltd said on Thursday it plans a capital increase worth 3.6 trillion won ($2.5 billion).
Hanwha plans to use 1.2 trillion won to build and reinforce facilities, and 2.4 trillion won to buy stakes in other companies, it said in a regulatory filing.
A Hanwha spokesperson said the company plans to expand overseas investment.
