
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Authorities in southeastern Minnesota are investigating a plane crash south of Rochester.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office says a small plane went down around 10:15 Sunday night. Deputies say the pilot was able to walk away from the crash scene and was taken to a hospital for evaluation. The extent of the pilot’s injuries were not immediately released.
The National Transportation Safety Board and FAA have been called in to assist local investigators.
