COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, Minn. – A 16-year-old boy is in custody related to a fatal shooting in Columbia Heights Friday night.
Anoka County authorities say 20-year-old Faisal Dabarani of Minneapolis arrived at North Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound and later died.
The Anoka County Attorney’s Office says charges are pending against the teen.
