TWO INLETS, Minn. (KFGO/KVRR) — A Sauk Centre, Minnesota man is dead after crashing his snowmobile into an unoccupied fish house on Two Inlets Lake in Becker County.
The sheriff’s office says, around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, it was notified that two men were snowmobiling across the lake when one noticed the other snowmobile was no longer behind him.
The man went back and found the other snowmobiler had hit a fish house and wasn’t breathing.
The victim, 39-year-old Benjamin Hellerman, died a short time later
The crash is under investigation.
