GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – A Grand Forks home sustained extensive damage in a fire Sunday morning.
Around 11:45 a.m., fire crews were called to the 5200 block of 5th Avenue N. for a structure fire. When crews arrived, smoke and fire were coming from the home.
Firefighters from five engines, a ladder truck, and a command vehicle battled the blaze from inside and outside to put the fire out.
No one was injured, but the resident was displaced.
Grand Forks Police, Altru Ambulance, Xcel Energy, and the American Red Cross assisted at the scene.
The cause is under investigation.
