
Garret Morin (Cass Co. jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – Police say a person of interest has been arrested on an unrelated warrant after a stabbing in south Fargo Friday morning.
The stabbing was reported shortly after 6:30 a.m. in the 3000 block of Interstate Boulevard.
The victim suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital by ambulance.
The person of interest, 24-year-old Garret Morin of West Fargo, is in the Cass County jail. Court records show there are warrants out for Morin on aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, a weapons charge, and shoplifting.
Police Capt. Bill Ahlfeldt says Morin and the victim know each other.
The stabbing remains under investigation.
