BEMIDJI, Minn. – A Bemidji man is accused of threatening to kill two children while holding swords and knives.
The incident happened Friday outside a mobile home park.
William Winegar, 60, has been charged with felony terroristic threats. Winegar has a history of making violent threats.
Prosecutors say Winegar may get a mental health evaluation in future court proceedings.
Winegar is scheduled to appear before a judge later this month.
