WEST FARGO (KFGO) – West Fargo Fire chief Dan Fuller says a burned out refrigeration motor led to a large presence of fire crews at a grocery store Thursday.
Fire crews from West Fargo and Fargo responded to Family Fare in the 1100 block of 13th Avenue E. around 4:30 for a report of possible fire.
Fuller says firefighters found smoke in the building and traced it to the refrigerator on the building’s roof. He says it was hard to access, but crews were able to turn the power off.
The store was later reopened. No injuries were reported.
There’s no word on an estimate of damage.
