Iโm proud of the fact that Iโm not an election denier. Unlike many Republicans, Iโll admit when Donald Trump winsโฆor when he loses. He didnโt win this last election by as much as he says he did, and he didnโt win the age groups he said he did. But, he did win.
That being said, Iโm not willing to say it was Elon Musk that won. His name was never on the ballot. Heโs never gone through a confirmation hearing. Hell, heโs never even gone through a tough interview. Not once did Musk do anything to prove heโs looking out for the public good.
So why in the world would he and his interns have access to our social security numbers? Why would Donald Trump provide, and Republicans in Congress allow the most private information to fall into Muskโs hands?
The Trump Administration is out there saying Musk doesnโt have it, and claim theyโd never give him that kind of power. But to that, I call B.S. Do you really believe Trump and the people around him wouldnโt do anything they could to gain even more power? The kind of power that lasts for generations.
The big question many in America are asking now is, why? Why would they do this if they already have power? And the answer is money. The type of money that puts a six-time bankrupt realtor in a class of the billionaires just like the ones he surrounds himself with. You know the ones Iโm talking about. The people that get a special place at the inauguration, and it doesnโt even matter if their girlfriend only wears a bra.
How does that power work you ask? Well, let me take a run at that.
Musk has shown the world that all you have to do is flood the source with a message you want. One that makes all those trusting, naive people believe. After they see, hear, and read it over and over again, they come to know itโs true. Even if it isnโt. They did it with X and Facebook. Now they can do it to those that donโt use them.
Weโre talking about elections being controlled for generations, and all it takes is a little lie. A lie told over and over, enough times that pretty soon it becomes the truth.
Good riding with you,
Joel
