FARGO (KFGO) – The Fargo Police officer accused of a DUI crash is no longer employed by the City of Fargo.
Officer Brandon Rittenour resigned his position effective immediately January 14.
In December, Rittenour was arrested after allegedly crashing into three parked vehicles and a dumpster. He was also cited for driving without liability insurance. Rittenour was placed on paid administrative leave.
In April 2022, he was arrested in Fargo for driving with a suspended license. That case was dismissed. In 2015, Rittenour was convicted for driving while intoxicated in Benton County, Minnesota.
