
FARGO – A 49-year-old West Fargo man has been charged with two felony counts of terrorizing after an incident involving employees at a downtown Fargo bar.
Court documents say officers were dispatched to Cowboy Jacks on North Broadway early Sunday morning. Two employees reported that Cedric Elder repeatedly attempted to enter the bar after closing hours, leading to a confrontation. Witnesses told police that Elder first pulled a knife on employees.
An employee pulled his knife in self-defense.
Then, Elder pulled out a gun and pointed it at the employee before fleeing the scene.
Elder was found about a block away and arrested.
