Jill Kringstad
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – Gov. Kelly Armstrong has appointed Jill Kringstad to the Public Service Commission.
Kringstad will fill the seat left vacant by former commissioner Julie Fedorchak who was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.
Kringstad has been the PSC’s business operations manager since 2019, overseeing daily operations, managing administrative staff, and assisting the executive director in overall management of the agency. Before joining the PSC, Kringstad worked for Basin Electric in Bismarck.
Fedorchak served on the PSC from 2013 until Friday when she was sworn into congress.
