Columbia Mall losing two tenants in January

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – Two stores in Columbia Mall in Grand forks will be closing in the new year, leading to two more vacant store fronts.

American Eagle Outftters will close on January 19. Tradehome Shoes will close January 25.

The American Eagle manager noted that business remains strong but there’s a dispute with mall management over repairs and upkeep, while the Tradehome manager said business has significantly declined at the mall location.
