Benito Fox (Cass County jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man is facing charges after police say he sexually abused a girl over several years.
Court records say 31-year-old Benito Fox started abusing the girl when she was in 6th grade. Fox touched the girl’s genitals and chest multiple times, and would put his mouth on her genitals. The girl told investigators Fox would make her wear less-revealing clothing, including changing from long pants to shorts.
The girl told investigators Fox would treat her like a maid, and would hit and kick her. Fox told the girl they would “go somewhere romantic” when she turned 18.
Fox is charged with Felony AA Continuous sexual abuse of a child.
